You'll enter and update customer orders, track their progress, and ensure the sales team has the information they need to serve our clients well. How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Process and update customer orders, communicate changes, and help keep everything moving smoothly

• Track the status of sales orders and share simple updates with the sales team when needed

• Work closely with sales, supply chain teammates, and vendors to ensure orders are entered correctly and shipped on time

• Enter information accurately into our ERP system and keep basic records organized

• Support customers by responding to questions and providing clear, professional communication

• Use ERP tools (SAP Business One preferred) and MS Office for everyday tasks such as email, scheduling, and documentation

• Stay flexible, think through challenges, and help find solutions with a positive attitude

What You Must Possess

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, vendors, and coworkers

• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, typing, and recordkeeping

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and solid proficiency in MS Office applications

• Ability to follow instructions, stay accountable, and work both independently and collaboratively
